Young Clinical Services exists to establish health, functioning and peace in the real world through clinical care rooted in a compassionate Christian worldview. We are a young, energized, growing practice that is looking for another awesome team member who is passionate about their therapeutic work with children, adolescents, and their caregivers and families.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has a passion for working with children and teenagers

• Enjoys working and collaborating with a fun, multi-dimensional team

• Is passionate about being a source for growth and change within their community, one individual at a time.

• Eagerly affirms and lives out the values of Young Clinical Services (Respect, Integrity, Responsibility, Competency, Humility, Empathy, Bravery)

• Humbly acknowledges that they do not possess all the answers but are curious to grow professionally and personally.

• Is an effective communicator, verbally and in writing.

• Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling or social work or other behavioral science

• Licensed in the State of Indiana. LMHC, LCSW, and LMFT are preferred, but associate licenses will also be considered
