Behavioral Coaching

We are thrilled to provide our specialized and compassionate behavioral coaching for children and adolescents, aged 5 to 17. Our main focus is on nurturing emotional well-being, social skills, and coping mechanisms. Our coach works closely with young individuals to set age-appropriate goals—whether it's managing emotions, improving communication, or boosting self-esteem. We make the process engaging through interactive activities, play therapy, and open communication. Our behavioral coaching is all about identifying and addressing behavioral patterns that might be impacting their overall development. We empower these young minds with practical strategies, positive reinforcement, and provide a safe space for them to express themselves. Plus, we often involve parents or guardians for a holistic approach, creating a supportive environment both at home and in our therapy office. Our ultimate goal is to equip children and teenagers with the tools they need to navigate challenges, build resilience, and blossom into emotionally healthy individuals. Join us on this journey of growth and well-being!

  • This is a great question!

We would say that coaching involves setting a goal and working toward that goal on a short-term basis.

Whereas psychotherapy is diagnosis-focused and addresses that mental health diagnosis and its impact on dysfunctional relationships to restore health, functioning, and peace.

  • At this time, our coach charges $175 for the first session, and $100 for all sessions thereafter. See Erin’s page for more information
